Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while managing patient records
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to resolve patient care issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
