Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to patient medication profiles and inquiries
• Assist with claim adjudication, maintain patient records, and ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
