Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy care management company, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage patient accounts, coordinate pharmacy services, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes with patients
• Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, including prior authorizations and eligibility checks

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
