Job Summary

To support patient care in a remote environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription processing, provide exceptional customer service over the phone, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
• Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Acting as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to resolve patient care issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with current registration
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently in a remote office-based setting
