Job Summary

To support a growing Patient Care Center, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing patient medication profiles, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
• Answering high volumes of inbound calls and resolving patient inquiries effectively
• Performing claim adjudication and maintaining accurate patient records with confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
