Job Summary

Providing exceptional patient care in a remote environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage phone-based interactions, process prescription information, and support patient onboarding while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service through phone interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities
• Processing a high volume of prescription data accurately and efficiently, including claim adjudication and prior authorizations
• Maintaining patient records and serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Current certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
• Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
