Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient care and onboarding, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will process prescription information, manage patient care cases, and collaborate with healthcare providers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process prescription information accurately in a high-volume, phone-based setting
• Obtain prescription authorizations and verify information with prescribers
• Manage patient care cases and troubleshoot medication access concerns

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) and current Ohio State Board of Pharmacy registration
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy billing and prescription processing
• Must be at least 18 years old
