Job Summary
To support a growing pharmacy care management team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment, process prescription information, and assist with patient care communications.
Key responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
- Entering a high volume of data and processing prescription information with speed and accuracy
- Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals regarding patient care
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
- Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Ability to work independently in a remote office environment
