Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
To support the Pharmacy Concierge team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will coordinate alternative pharmacy sourcing for patients, ensuring timely and cost-effective access to medications while working remotely from 11 am to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to coordinate sourcing solutions
- Identify and verify appropriate channels for non-covered or high-cost medications
- Track and document sourcing outcomes and maintain knowledge of alternative pharmacy vendors
Required qualifications
- Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician certification
- Two plus years of experience in a pharmacy technician or care coordination role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit structures and prior authorization processes
- Experience in PBM or specialty pharmacy settings
