Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lead - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead resource and mentor for a team of remote pharmacy technicians
• Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure adherence to process standards
• Collaborate with training, quality, and compliance teams to support onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age; high school diploma/GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with an active license in good standing
• Highly preferred: Experience with ExactCare Pharmacy operations and processes
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, billing, or auditing processes
