Job Summary

Leading a dedicated pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage training, support department efficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on departmental tasks to new hires and existing team members
• Coordinate cross-training efforts and communicate scheduling with designated trainees
• Support leadership in diagnosing and improving team performance while embodying company core values

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with their home state's Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow and processes is highly preferred
• Ability to develop training schedules that align with departmental goals and expectations
