Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

Leading a pharmacy team remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage day-to-day operations, provide training for new and existing team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to daily tasks as assigned by leadership
• Train new hires and existing team members on departmental workflows
• Support leadership in diagnosing team performance and driving improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with the state's Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
