Job Summary

Leading a dedicated pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage daily operations, provide training for new and existing staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to daily operations and tasks as assigned by leadership
• Train new hires and existing team members on department tasks and coordinate cross-training efforts
• Support leadership in diagnosing team performance and contribute to continuous improvement projects

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with the state's Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow is highly preferred
• Ability to develop training schedules that align with departmental goals
