Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

Leading a pharmacy team remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage daily operations, provide training for new and existing staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to daily operations and assist leadership in enhancing team performance
• Train new hires and existing team members on departmental tasks and coordinate cross-training efforts
• Develop training materials and support continuous improvement projects within the pharmacy team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with the home state's Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
