Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

Leading a designated pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage day-to-day operations, provide training and support to team members, and drive departmental efficiencies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to daily operations and support leadership in team performance improvement
• Train new hires and existing team members on departmental tasks and coordinate cross-training efforts
• Provide subject matter expertise for continuous improvement projects, including the development of training guides and SOPs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
• Ability to develop training schedules that align with departmental goals
