Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage day-to-day operations, provide training and support for team members, and drive departmental efficiencies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute significantly to daily operational tasks assigned by leadership
• Train new hires and existing team members on departmental tasks and coordinate cross-training efforts
• Support continuous improvement projects by developing training guides and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet departmental goals and expectations
