Job Summary

Leading a pharmacy team remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage training, support departmental efficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while ensuring high standards of work from team members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on departmental tasks to new hires and existing team members
• Coordinate cross-training efforts and support leadership in performance improvement
• Contribute to the development of training guides and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow preferred
• Ability to develop strategic training schedules that align with departmental goals
