Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage day-to-day operations, provide training and support to team members, and drive departmental efficiencies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to daily operations while supporting leadership in performance improvement initiatives
• Provide training and coordinate cross-training for new hires and existing team members
• Develop training guides and standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement projects

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet departmental goals
