Job Summary
Providing essential support for compliance in a growing portfolio, the full-time Ohio Licensed Portfolio Compliance Administrator will manage documentation, reporting, and operational support while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor compliance with established JV policies and state licensing requirements, including documentation tracking and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages and portfolio performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Support transaction closings and underwriting processes, while managing customer complaints and facilitating audits by state regulators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Compliance, or Documentation, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Compliance, or Documentation
- Experience in managing compliance documentation and reporting processes
- Proven ability to assist in transaction underwriting and portfolio management
- Strong background in developing relationships with regulatory bodies and external partners
