Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient LPN for the Patient Advice and Care Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments, documenting subjective and objective data
• Document nursing interventions and coordinate care plans based on patient needs
• Delegate tasks, review work performed by others, and participate in process improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Current LPN license from the State of Ohio
• Completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team environment
