Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient LPN for the Patient Advice and Care Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments, documenting subjective and objective data
• Develop and document nursing interventions based on patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Current LPN license from the State of Ohio
• Completion of an Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• No supervisory responsibilities
