Job Summary
To support a growing Practice Innovation Team, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Practice Innovation Attorney will manage projects focused on developing innovative technologies and processes to enhance legal service delivery and operational efficiency within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorney practice teams to translate legal and business needs into technical solutions
- Develop creative use cases for existing technologies and build business cases for new tools that support legal practice innovation
- Manage projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet legal and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate with 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal and financial research systems
- Strong understanding of advanced technologies and trends relevant to law firms
- Experience with project management and agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
