Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy care management team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Prescription Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, process prescription information, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
• Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to ensure quality patient care

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable working in a phone-based environment and utilizing multiple software programs
