Key Responsibilities

• Lead the insurance portfolio, shaping and executing product strategy while overseeing product implementation and performance
• Drive market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact across the business
• Manage financial performance, product strategy, and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience
• 8+ years of Leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field; MBA preferred
• CPCU certification preferred
• Experience in insurance product management and new product development
