Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote contract Associate Therapist will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while benefiting from administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to clients, focusing on the Medicaid population
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments
• Accrue clinical hours toward independent licensure while managing a diverse caseload

Required qualifications

• Valid LPC license in good standing in Ohio
• Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
• HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
