Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying the flexibility of setting their own hours and receiving administrative support for billing and insurance remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on personalized care
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments
- Accrue hours toward full licensure with support from an independently licensed supervisor
Required qualifications
- A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Ohio
- A Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools for virtual sessions
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access
