Job Summary

Ohio Licensed Program Manager, provides full-time program management support focused on Ohio claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate claims payments through collaboration with various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and program controls for claims processes
  • Manage program budget and support project prioritization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate and adopt program best practices and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education
  • Operational Process Improvement experience
  • Managed Care experience in a shared service or matrixed environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Proficiency in claims adjudication processes
