To support permitting operations in Ohio, the full-time Ohio Licensed Project Manager will manage multiple permitting projects, advise clients on approval processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to expedite project timelines in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting

• Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships
• Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field
