Job Summary
To oversee project execution and ensure successful outcomes, the full-time Ohio Licensed Project Manager will lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage resources while working remotely with occasional onsite presence required.
Key responsibilities
- Independently leads and manages project teams for medium to highly complex projects, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while tracking project performance and providing status reports
- Identifies potential project risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures efficient use of resources while maintaining project quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
- PMP certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience is required
- Experience in project management methodology and software tools is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) is required
