Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and execute the Property Claims Quality Assurance Program, including conducting regular file reviews
• Analyze QA results to identify trends and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with claims leadership
• Monitor appraisal claims and ensure compliance with best practices while tracking and documenting appraisal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in insurance, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims handling or quality assurance
• Working knowledge of personal and commercial property policies and claims handling best practices
• Understanding of the property claims appraisal process and IICRC standards
• Professional insurance designations such as AIC or CPCU preferred
