Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Value-Based Provider Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider contracting functions and negotiate complex contracts with various healthcare providers
• Develop and implement value-based payment strategies and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate communication within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Contracting
• 3+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations within a managed healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of various managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees
