Job Summary
Leading member care in a remote setting, the full-time or part-time Ohio Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, conduct telehealth evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
- Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Ohio
- At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
