Job Summary
To deliver virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management, the full-time Ohio Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while enjoying flexible hours and dedicated support in a fully telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, risk assessments, and mental status exams
- Formulate evidence-based pharmacological treatment plans and manage psychotropic medications
- Maintain complete, timely clinical progress notes within the EHR system
Required qualifications
- Active Board Certification as a PMHNP (ANCC) with an unencumbered state APRN/RN license
- Active DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
- Active NPI number and high-speed internet
- A private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
