Job Summary
Directing quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Quality Improvement Director will manage the execution of quality improvement programs, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality performance across assigned markets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor the Quality Improvement Program and ensure compliance with NCQA accreditation and state requirements
- Analyze quality data and member risk data to drive improvements in care and performance across organizational lines
- Oversee workgroups and committees to enhance quality measure outcomes and respond to quality-related inquiries and audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of leadership/management experience
- At least three years of experience in Medicaid or managed care organizations
- Five years of healthcare quality experience, including developing and evaluating Quality Improvement Programs
- Certification as a Professional in HealthCare Quality (CPHQ) within six months of employment is required
