Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Member & Community Interventions - HEDIS / Stars / Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and implements clinical quality member intervention initiatives across various lines of business
• Monitors intervention activities and reports outcomes to management while ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Facilitates strategic relationships with community-based organizations to support high-quality clinical care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 years' experience in healthcare, including 2 years in health plan member interventions or managed care
• Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
• Demonstrated solid business writing experience
• Flexibility in adapting to changes with a positive outlook
