Job Summary

Representing buyers and sellers in real property transactions, the full-time Ohio Licensed Real Estate Agent will conduct market analyses, prepare offers, and guide clients through negotiations while working in a hybrid environment in Ashland, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Show homes and conduct market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions
• Prospect and follow up on leads, while building and maintaining a client database
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions

Required qualifications

• Possess an active Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices
• Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Familiarity with local Ashland, OH market trends and ability to perform comparative market analyses
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and transaction tracking
• High ethical standards and compliance with state and national real estate laws
