Job Summary
Providing optimal nutrition therapy to a caseload of clients, the full-time Ohio Licensed Registered Dietitian will develop care plans, conduct nutrition assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition therapy for assigned patients
- Provide group nutrition education and support during Therapeutic Supported Meals
- Document all nutrition care in compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential required
- Current license in Ohio required
- ServSafe Food Handler certification required
- Additional food safety certification as required by state or municipality
