Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer LumiLink calls for health-related concerns
Triaging needs and making clinical decisions
Monitor remote patient support systems and advise on actions for vital sign or compliance alerts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current RN Compact License
Preferred IDD group home experience
Call Center experience
Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care setting
Candidate must reside in Ohio, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Texas
