Job Summary

Leading a team of Lead Reimbursement Analysts, the full-time Ohio Licensed Reimbursement Manager will oversee day-to-day reimbursement operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee reimbursement operations, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, to maximize timely and accurate reimbursement
  • Manage and mentor three Lead Reimbursement Analysts, setting priorities and monitoring team performance
  • Serve as the final escalation point for reimbursement cases and operational issues beyond the Lead Reimbursement Analysts' scope
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Pharmacy Tech Trainee license required
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or patient support programs, including 3+ years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle management
  • Experience with reimbursement, CRM, and telephony systems, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
