Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis during evenings and weekends, the Ohio Licensed Remote Pharmacist will verify prescription accuracy, perform drug utilization reviews, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Verify prescription accuracy and compliance with regulations before dispensing
• Perform drug utilization reviews for safety and appropriateness based on patient history
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify medication orders and resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Active immunization and CPR certifications (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotations)
