Ohio Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, an Ohio Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, manage a consistent caseload, and operate in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burdens.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities
• Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
