Job Summary

To support clinical research initiatives, the full-time Ohio Licensed Research Nurse will provide patient care, conduct assessments, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and guide research procedures, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and remote work after six months of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care and support throughout the research study process, ensuring a safe and healing environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants, develop care plans, and prioritize needs based on clinical relevance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, educate participants on research protocols, and advocate for their rights and safety

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Current Ohio RN license
• Clinical license required
