Ohio Licensed Retention Agent

Job Summary

As an Ohio Licensed Retention Agent, the full-time remote position will manage customer interactions to retain business, enhance customer awareness of products, and process policy-related changes while meeting service and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current policyholders to perform retention activities, including cross-selling additional products and processing policy changes
• Conduct service reviews with customers post-claim and address any issues to prevent policy cancellations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and provide accurate information regarding coverage and policy provisions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies in insurance, marketing, or communications preferred
• State licensing as required for property/casualty and life products in 45 states
• Three or more years of related work experience in property/casualty sales preferred
• Minimum one year of sales experience; prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of insurance processing systems and state regulations
