Job Summary
As an Ohio Licensed Retention Agent, the full-time remote position will manage customer interactions to retain business, enhance customer awareness of products, and process policy-related changes while meeting service and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact current policyholders to perform retention activities, including cross-selling additional products and processing policy changes
- Conduct service reviews with customers post-claim and address any issues to prevent policy cancellations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and provide accurate information regarding coverage and policy provisions
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies in insurance, marketing, or communications preferred
- State licensing as required for property/casualty and life products in 45 states
- Three or more years of related work experience in property/casualty sales preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of insurance processing systems and state regulations
