Ohio Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct account reviews and analyze individual risk assessments to advise on asset allocation options
• Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as a Life and Health license are required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven position, preferably in a sales call center environment
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for knowledge of defined contribution plans
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred and highly valued for this role
