Ohio Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound calls
• Initiate calls to participants to discuss contribution levels and encourage increases in deferrals
• Conduct account reviews and provide retirement projections, asset allocation advice, and education on distributions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health license, are required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position
• Experience in a sales call center environment and financial services background preferred
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, particularly defined contribution plans
