Ohio Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and education to participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct account reviews and retirement projections, advising participants on asset allocation and contribution levels
• Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with Life and Health license are required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position, preferably in a sales call center or financial services environment
• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with familiarity in defined contribution plans preferred
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
