Ohio Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

Providing retirement plan expertise to participants, the full-time Internal Retirement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, offer educational guidance, and build strategic relationships with field specialists, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate participants on their retirement plans through inbound calls and proactive outreach
• Conduct account reviews and provide personalized advice on asset allocation and retirement projections
• Collaborate with field Retirement Specialists to support business unit sales goals and enhance client relationships

Required qualifications:

• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health license
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship or sales-driven position, preferably in financial services
• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, particularly defined contribution plans
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred and highly valued
