Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate compliant charge capture processes and documentation
• Monitor and present the effectiveness of charge capture processes and facilitate revenue cycle activities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and maintain charge capture improvements across the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and charge-related roles; 3-5 years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
• Coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA) required; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with revenue analysis and charge capture methodologies required
• Epic experience preferred
