Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support and guidance to callers in a remote setting

• Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state
• Previous experience in a call center or triage setting preferred
• Ability to work variable shifts as required
• Must reside in a state eligible for employment
• Completion of a nursing degree from an accredited program
