Job Summary

To support a mission-driven health care organization, the per diem Ohio Licensed RN Call Center will provide clinical support and patient care coordination remotely, with variable shifts available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient inquiries and provide clinical guidance over the phone
• Coordinate care and follow-up for patients, ensuring continuity of services
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

Required qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license
• Experience in a call center or telehealth setting preferred
• Ability to work variable shifts as needed
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
